Licensed professional geologist with over twenty-two years of experience in environmental geology and environmental consulting.  Extensive experience ranging from Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment, Site Remediation, Groundwater Monitoring Programs and Site Closure.  Has managed hundreds of LPST sites for several major oil and gas companies located throughout the United States, responsible for all aspects including project management, assessment, report preparation, and remediation.  Managed the assessment and remediation of numerous bulk fuel terminals and product pipelines. These sites required site assessment and remediation under TAC 334 and TAC 350, Texas Risk Reduction Program.  Has performed and managed numerous Phase I ESAs throughout the United States for various clients.

  • Managed approximately 120 Chevron LPST and 24 TNRCC State Lead remediation sites.
  • Managed the Direct Pay program for all Chevron sites.
  • Worked with Chevron Pipe Line Company on Phase I and Phase II ESA’s
  • Reviewed of all technical documents generated prior to TNRCC submittal.
  • Responsible for the training, productivity and performance of staff employees.
  • Prepared invoices and reimbursement packages.

  • Was responsible for daily operations of an office of 8-10 employees.
